Our pallet magazine ensures a continuous supply of empty pallets to the palletizing machine. The system has a capacity of 15 pallets and can be easily combined with a roller conveyor. This allows for automatic pallet changing, keeping your production process running without interruptions.

After order confirmation, we order the required high-quality steel and cut parts.
2. Preparation and Welding
All parts are accurately cut, aligned, and professionally welded in our workshop.
3. Powder Coating
We transport the metal parts ourselves to our regular powder coater, where the parts are blasted and powder coated for a robust yet neat finish.
4. Control Cabinet Assembly
Simultaneously, we build the control cabinet entirely from scratch and thoroughly test it.
5. Assembly
We begin assembling the machine, using parts from our extensive warehouse.
6. Software Integration
Once the mechanical side is ready, we install our self-developed software.
7. Testing Phase
The complete machine is extensively tested in our workshop, both mechanically and software-wise.
8. Preparation for Transport
After a successful testing phase, we carefully prepare the machine for transport.
9. On-Site Installation
Finally, we install and test the machine on-site – our job is only done when it’s fully operational.
Naast elektrotechniek, beveiliging en telecom ontwerpen, bouwen en programmeren wij al sinds de beginjaren onze eigen machines. Het begon met de vraag van agrarische bedrijven in de regio: hoe krijg je zakken met aardappelen, uien of veevoer snel en netjes op een pallet, zonder dat er mensen de hele dag moeten tillen? Uit die vraag is een complete lijn ontstaan die wij in onze werkplaats in Moerkapelle samenstellen.
Onze machines zijn los te gebruiken, maar ze zijn vooral ontworpen om samen één verpakkingslijn te vormen:
Omdat alle onderdelen uit onze eigen werkplaats komen, past de besturing naadloos in elkaar. De transportband en de rollenbaan kunnen bijvoorbeeld standaard worden aangestuurd vanuit de schakelkast van de palletiseerder. Zo heeft u één bedieningspunt voor de hele lijn.
Onze machines staan vooral bij bedrijven in de agrarische sector, maar ook bij producenten en handelaren in bouwmaterialen, grind en voedingsproducten. Wat zij gemeen hebben: een product dat in zakken wordt verpakt en dat dagelijks in grote aantallen op pallets moet. Juist bij die bedrijven levert automatisch stapelen het meest op, omdat het zware tilwerk verdwijnt en elke pallet hetzelfde wordt opgebouwd.
Elke bedrijfshal is anders. Daarom kijken wij altijd eerst naar de ruimte die u heeft en naar de plek waar de zakken vandaan komen. Onze palletiseerders zijn compact gebouwd en kunnen lege pallets vanuit drie kanten ontvangen, zodat ze vrijwel overal passen. Transportbanden en rollenbanen maken wij op maat, in de lengte, breedte en hoogte die uw opstelling nodig heeft. De bediening houden wij bewust eenvoudig: één touchscreen, duidelijke stapelprogramma's en een besturing die uw medewerkers snel onder de knie hebben.
Wij begeleiden het hele traject zelf. Na een bezoek op locatie maken wij een voorstel voor de opstelling, daarna bouwen wij de machines, plaatsen ze, programmeren de besturing en leggen uw mensen uit hoe alles werkt. Ook na de oplevering blijven wij uw aanspreekpunt voor onderhoud, aanpassingen en storingen. Omdat wij de software zelf schrijven, kunnen wij die later ook uitbreiden als uw product of verpakking verandert.
Ja. U kunt bijvoorbeeld alleen een palletiseerder aanschaffen en die aansluiten op uw bestaande transportband. Wij bekijken dan samen hoe de aansluiting het beste werkt.
